I contacted a number of contractors because my compressor had stopped working; I got the impression they all were over selling. I called Blue Star, Dave (hope I got name correct) responded, promised to come the following day & kept his promise. He said my compressor was old, but tried to get it running, because as he explained, if it did start then I would not have to make an immediate decision. I had to make a decision because it didn't start. The process of replacing was explained, I was advised of various systems & recommendation were made. I chose the follow the professional advice given. The job began on schedule and in an impressive time was completed & tested, Dave told me that he was training Brian to be the very best. The system has been in operation for two summers, my cooling bill used to be between $170. to $200/month, it is now, consistently between $65 & $77/month. I'm really impressed with Dave & Brian; Blue Star. Hope your leg is being good to you.

We had the pleasure of Blue Star Services with Kevin working on our existing HVAC system (heat pump specifically) in our new house. He arrived on time and got to work right away! We were having some problems with the heat pump but Kevin opened it up and was able to diagnose the problem in no time flat. Kevin put our minds at ease and we will 100% be setting up a regular seasonal servicing through him and Blue Star Services. I would recommend him to anyone 10 out of 10 times, I just wish I could give more stars.

Blue Star Services has always been there for us everytime we need their service. Kevin and Brian are very cordial and professional. The workmanship has always been on top of the line and the charges are extremely less expensive compared to other companies we worked with from the past. I have been using Blue Star Services at my home and business for a number of years. I met them through a friend after an HVAC unit I had purchased for my home started having problems less than two years after it was installed by another outfit. Kevin and Brian came in, inspected the unit, told me it was incorrectly installed and then returned to take it apart and properly install it. I have had no problems with it since then, and they are now servicing both locations for me. They are honest, straightforward and professional people who can be trusted to handle the most complex and difficult situations. As a result of their detailed documentation of the mistakes made by the original installer, I was able to get the original installer to refund my payment for the reinstallation! Wow is all that I can say!
